Sorry, those models are very long gone, no refurbs even.
I do have the CEQ770 & CEQ773 though.

$109 for the CEQ773 - with MP3 player input.
$70 for the CEQ770 - clean refurb.

Thanks ... I'm looking for a good eq ... how does the CEQ770 or CEQ773 compare with the CEQ650 for sound quality and sub feq. I know the CEQ600 sub feq was about 25 and the CEQ650 was 30 or 32 ... any suggestions ?
