the box is ported at the top back...... i'm wating for a cadence ZRS 9000D to play them..... i had two DCA 2500's on them before...
the DAYTONA amps to me play very smooth & deep, but i love the ZRS series, they play more aggressive & harder to me...... after playing with both series....

| So you are going to run all six of those off one 9000D. I thought they were not going to make them any more because of power efficiency problems? So you have used both series of amps, do you have a favorite? I have most of the money saved up to buy the rest of my amps but i don't know witch ones to get. I already have two 8000D amps. They sound great on my DVC-15RVC's! I don't want to push them to hard so they last but i want to get as much out of them as i can. The dca-2500 will push 500 more watts then the 8000D @ 1ohm. I am going to talk to Jason about it as well before i make any decisions. Good luck with your setup! I will post some pic's of mine soon

i like the ZRS amps tone a little more though, but the daytonas are tried & true & handle anything....

| I was going to get the 9000D but couldn't, thats why i bought the 8000D insted. I guess they are getting revamped. Thanks for the input. I might use the daytonas in one install and the zrs in the other. I will get ahold of Jason tomarrow, I'm sure he would know what to do.

i also think this would be best for you, since you are doing two seperate systems... then you would get to hear both & see which setup you like afterwards....
just keep us posted on your work progress......

There is no problem with the ZRS9000d but they are very power hungry.. So if you are going to use one make sure you have the power to feed the amp..
